A minimum of 2 winners will be selected each month in April, May and June 2017. The breakfast Basket includes a combination of croissants, muffins and scones. See the official rules below for full details.

Breakfast Baskets Quote Request Form

Official Rules:

  1. No booking is required to enter. Retail prize value not to exceed $50 (including delivery).
  2. Quote requests under this promotion will be accepted through May 31, 2017. All entrants must be a business located in Tucson. Business will receive one entry per quote request submitted. Entry deadline is by the last day of each month for that month’s drawing.
  3. Submissions with insufficient information to generate a quote will be void for drawing purposes if Plaza Arboleda Conference Center staff is unable to collect required details via the contact information provided on the submission.
  4. A minimum of two prize baskets will be drawn each month. For every 20 new entries received after the first 20 entries that month, one additional prize basket will be drawn.
  5. Winners will be selected on the 1st business day of April, May and June 2017. Winners will be selected by random draw. Winners will be notified by the 5th of each month. If winner cannot be reached within 3 days of initial attempt, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner drawn. Prize delivery should be within 2 weeks of prize award notification. Winning business shall provide number of employees, date, time and address for basket delivery with a minimum of 10 days advance notice.
  6. Prize may not be exchanged for cash or substitutions. Refusal to accept the prize releases Community Partners, Inc. of any and all responsibility toward the winner.
  7. Entrants release Community Partners, Inc. from all claims/liability arising from this giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, media platforms used to promote giveaway.
  8. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of company name, image, likeness and entry submission for promotional purposes by Community Partners, Inc., in any and all media without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
  9. Entrants agree that the conditions of submission set forth in these Official Rules solely govern the relationship between entrants and Community Partners, Inc. in connection with this giveaway. Entrants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules.
  10. By submitting a Giveaway entry, entrants consent to receive news, updates and/or promotional information from Community Partners, Inc. only.
