Behavioral Health Services

Care that makes a difference.

Community Partnership Care Coordination (CPCC) is a licensed Outpatient Treatment Center. Our mission is to provide customized behavioral health services to people of all ages, and to be available on a timely, as-needed basis.

CPCC offers innovative care that fosters engagement, improves health and inspires hope.

Our work focuses on emotional and life-adjustment issues, mental illness and substance abuse. Families, children and adults can get the help they need in one convenient, centralized location.

We are changing lives. We offer specialized care and treatment through a full range of behavioral health and psychiatric services, including individual therapy and group counseling. We also have extensive experience with Southern Arizona’s behavioral health system and resources. We can truly help transform your situation.

Prompt appointments and convenient locations. You can get in to see someone very quickly, in some cases, as soon as within one week after confirming your appointment. We accept AHCCCS, Medicare and many commercial insurance plans, as well as self-pay clients.

Our outpatient clinic is located in midtown Tucson on Broadway bus route 8. Assertive Community Treatment and Housing Services are located at our second clinic, on North Dodge Boulevard, north of Grant Road. This clinic is accessible from bus route 9 (Grant Road) and bus route 11 (Alvernon Way).

Our staff. We are experienced and licensed behavioral health professionals, including counselors who are fluent in American Sign Language.
