Community Partnership Care Coordination will provide interpretation and translation services at no cost to you, if you prefer to communicate in a language other than English or you have a hearing impairment. You also may ask for written materials translated into other languages or formats, such as large print.
Over-the-phone interpretation can be done immediately. We need at least 48 hours’ (two days) notice to arrange interpretation for a face-to-face appointment. To request this service, please call us at (520) 901-4800.
