Desert Palm MAT Clinic

Welcome to the Desert Palm Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Clinic. As part of the Community Partners Integrated Healthcare Campus, the MAT Clinic specializes in the treatment and coordination of services for opioid-dependent individuals. The Clinic provides support services to individuals, families and communities experiencing mental illness, substance abuse and trauma.

Description of Desert Palm MAT Clinic Services

We offer a variety of services including counseling, recovery education, community coordination and medication services. Desert Palm Clinic is accessed through referral by a community provider, the Community Crisis Line or by walk-in. Our staff adhere to a code of ethics that guides their conduct, in accordance with our Operational Mission.

1. We encourage your involvement and support your motivation to address your addiction. Our team will work with you to provide effective opioid treatment as well as behavioral and physical healthcare.
2. We provide individual and group therapy, case management, psychiatric services and physical health evaluations.
3. We are YOUR program! While medication makes recovery possible, your success is dependent on dedication and commitment to change your behaviors.

Our program is funded through the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and other commercial health plans.

Monday-Friday: 5:00am to 1:00pm

Saturday: 6:00am to 10:00am
